1) Make sure you are signed in.
2) Above the logo there is a grey bar that runs the width of the website.
3) In that grey bar is a link that says 'Create Content'. Click on that.
4) On the next page you see, there is an option to create a new Classified Ad or a new Community Event. Click on the Community Event
5) Fill out your information and click on Submit.
