Sun, Feb 22nd, 2:30-4:30pm, Matinee Concert - Tracy Lynn – The Young Old Woman Tour – Oldtime/Bluegrass/Folk/Country
This is a compilation of my original material that centers around what it is to be a woman 'this age'.
With a heartfelt commitment to bridge a gap and shine a light in the dark corners of anyone’s heart, Tracy puts her own twist on topics that we tend to shy away from discussing. Her perspectives have a way of stinging you while you tap your toe. Her accounts of loss and love will leave you smiling as you remember the intensity and deep aching of your own experiences. Tracy’s unique warm vocals make it easy for the listener to be present and part of an extraordinary journey. “The YOUNG OLD WOMAN cd has been a labor of love. It’s been a lot work and I am so proud of where it’s brought me as a woman. I want people to laugh and cry with me, to find and face their own truth in each of the songs. Woman or man, young or old, there’s a young old woman in all of us.”

BIO
FUN & HEART WARMING TOE TAPPIN’ MUSIC
Tracy Lynn is a singer songwriter with an affection for a good story that is based on the
common and everyday happenings of the average person. With a keen interest in the
human experience and finding the places where life experiences intersect, Tracy uses
her abilities to write songs that range from funny to endearing and in their own way
create a sense of unity for the listeners.
“We live in a day and age where contact with people is quite easy. However, we visit
less and are isolated more”, says Lynn. “At a very deep level, we know we are not alone
in our joys and sorrows, yet we are sharing so little of what really matters in our lives.”
